21 Days NO-SUGAR Challenge
From March 1–21, WIHCN members took on the No-Sugar Challenge, eliminating added sugars to improve nutrition and overall health.
Key Outcomes:
• Participants cut out sugar from cereals, desserts, soda, and processed foods.
• Members shared sugar-free recipes and meal ideas.
• 92% reported health benefits, including:
• Weight loss

• Better skin and oral health
• Reduced sugar cravings
